- Role Description

· Day to Day purchase entry posting into SAP

· Controlling and reconciling of Vendor’s accounts

· Participating in stock audits & physical verification of stocks





· Updating Sundry Debtor’s outstanding

· Participating in monthly, quarterly & yearly audits & internal audit and attending audit queries.

· Cash and bank receipt positing into SAP

· Reporting weekly status of sales, collection & outstanding of customer’s & suppliers amounts.

· Preparation of GST 1 and 3b working

· Preparation of TDS working

· Follow up supplier statement for reconciliation

· Maintaining all accounts department files

· Preparation of daily mis- sales register, customer outstanding bill wise

. Knowledge and Working in all Custom related activate

Qualifications

-B. Com, M.Com

Experience
- 3 to 4 yrs

Skills

· Sound knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

· Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point,AI etc.

· Communication Skill, Active Listening.

·
Experience with SAP.
