Join us as a IFC Exits SME at Barclays, where you will spearhead the evolution of our infrastructure and deployment pipelines, driving innovation and operational excellence. To be successful as IFC Exits SME, you should have experience with:
- Solid knowledge of risk, control, audit, policy, and regulatory requirements related to client offboarding and experience with operational process design, workflow automation, and transitioning decentralized processes into a centralized utility.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in identifying impacts and having led complex workshops with senior stakeholders to support the review/sign off process
- Ability to lead on change / transformation by identifying and simplifying complex operational processes
- Proven ability to advise,



collaborate and influence decision making with senior stakeholders across teams and functions, including global business teams, operations, technology and compliance
- Leadership experience in a financial institution having handled a Financial Crime AML function

Some Other Highly Valued Skills May Include
- Previous Experience of having built and managed a centralized exit/offboarding utility at scale
- Experience in designing processes and/or setting the strategy in a large multi-national organization, preferably within an economic crime function.
