Digital Marketing Intern for Sparsh

We are looking for a data-driven, creative, and proactive Digital Marketing Intern to join our growth team. This role is perfect for someone who is obsessed with how brands scale online and wants hands-on experience with the industry’s leading advertising and automation tools. As an intern, you won’t just be "shadowing"—you’l be in the driver's seat of active campaigns, helping us optimize spend and craft compeling digital experiences.

*I. Key Responsibilities*

● Performance Marketing: Assist in the setup, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

● Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Assist in A/B testing landing pages, analyzing user heatmaps, and identifying friction points in the sales funnel to improve the percentage of visitors who take action.

● Data Monitoring: Conduct periodic monitoring of website and campaign analytics to identify trends and anomalies.

● Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, translating raw data into actionable insights for the team.





● CRM & Automation: Execute email marketing flows, SMS campaigns, and lead-nurturing automations using our CRM tools.

● Content Editing: Perform basic image and video manipulation on Canva to ensure ad creatives are fresh, on-brand, and optimized for different formats.

*II. Qualifications & Skills*

● Education: Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

● Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or Google Analytics.

● CRO Knowledge: A basic understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization principles, including A/B testing and landing page best practices.

● Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva for quick graphic and video edits.

● Analytical Mindset: Solid attention to detail and a "data-first" approach to problem-solving.

● Communication: Excelent written and verbal communication skils for reporting and ad copywriting.
