Role Description

The Food and Beverage Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mysore, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the bakery and ice cream outlet. The role includes managing food and beverage service, supervising staff, coordinating scheduling, and ensuring high standards of product quality and hygiene. The manager will handle customer interactions, resolve service issues, and support a welcoming environment for guests. Additional responsibilities include monitoring inventory, assisting with budgeting and cost control, training team members,



and implementing operational procedures to maintain efficiency and compliance with food safety regulations.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Food Service and Food & Beverage operations, including product handling, presentation, and hygiene standards.
- Proven Customer Service skills with the ability to manage guest interactions, address concerns, and maintain a positive dining experience.
- Experience in Training team members on service protocols, food safety, and operational best practices.
- Ability to support Budgeting activities, including cost control, inventory monitoring, and basic financial reporting.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, bakery, or similar food and beverage environment.
- Effective leadership skills, with the ability to supervise a diverse team and coordinate shifts.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and cleanliness.
