Job Summary

The Front Office Executive will be responsible for handling patient enquiries, managing front desk operations, supporting smooth patient flow, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires robust communication skills, pleasing personality, and the ability to handle a fast-paced hospital environment with professionalism.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Patient Reception & Registration
- Greet patients and visitors courteously and guide them appropriately.
- Handle patient registration, OPD billing, and appointment scheduling.
- Coordinate with doctors for consultation timings and patient flow.
- Assist patients in filling out forms and provide necessary information.

Front Desk Operations
- Handle incoming calls, telephonic enquiries, and provide accurate information.
- Maintain front office records, appointment lists, and daily reports.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk and waiting area.
- Manage token system and ensure smooth flow of patients.

Customer Service & Communication




- Address patient concerns or complaints and escalate when required.
- Provide assistance to elderly, disabled, and emergency patients.
- Coordinate with departments such as Nursing, Lab, Radiology, Pharmacy, and Insurance for patient needs.

Administrative Support
- Maintain daily MIS reports and share with the management.
- Assist in managing medical records and follow-up reminders.
- Support admission and discharge processes when required.

Educational Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Any Degree (Preferably in Hospital Administration or related field).
