Role Description
The Assistant Manager Finance Account role is a full-time, Job location at Shivaji Nagar, Pune. This role involves managing day-to-day financial accounting activities, including ledger maintenance, invoice processing, reconciliations, and monitoring cash flow. The Assistant Manager will support budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, assisting in audits,



tracking receivables and payables, and preparing periodic management reports. The role also requires supporting customer account management, contributing to cost control initiatives, and providing data-driven insights to leadership.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid skills in Finance, including budgeting, financial analysis, and statutory compliance.
- Candidates should possess solid Account Management skills, including ledger management, reconciliation, and handling receivables and payables.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Sales-related skills to manage client accounts, resolve queries, and support commercial transactions.
- Candidates should possess Team Management skills, including coordinating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field;
