Job Summary

The Medical Sales Representative (MSR) Trainer is responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating training programs for aspiring and existing Medical Sales Representatives. The trainer will develop candidates' knowledge of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, anatomy, sales techniques, communication, ethics, and customer relationship management to prepare them for successful careers in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training as per the approved curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and assessment tools.
- Train candidates on:
- Human Anatomy & Physiology
- Pharmaceutical Products and Drug Classifications




- Medical Terminology
- Disease Management
- Sales & Marketing Techniques
- Doctor Call Planning and Detailing
- Communication and Presentation Skills
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Ethics and Compliance in Pharmaceutical Sales
- Digital Sales Tools and Reporting
- Conduct practical demonstrations, role plays, and mock doctor visits.
- Evaluate trainees through written tests, practical assessments, and viva.
- Maintain attendance, training records, and assessment reports.

Educational Qualification

B .Pharm / M .Pharm with 3 Years Experience

Pay: ₹10,718.38 - ₹15,000.00 per month
