Role Description
The Business Development Manager – Events & Corporate Partnerships is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying and developing recent business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients and partners, and driving revenue growth for event and marketing services. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and outreach,



preparing and delivering proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with client needs. The position also involves market research, pipeline management, and regular reporting on sales performance, as well as attending industry events and meetings to represent the company and expand its network.

Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Experience building and managing corporate partnerships, with the ability to nurture long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of event management and marketing services, with an understanding of corporate event lifecycles and brand requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
