Origain Global Corp is a fast-growing IT solutions company delivering innovative software and technology services across India. We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Manager to lead and strengthen our recruitment and HR operations.

Role Overview
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee coordination, and overall HR operations. The candidate should have strong experience in recruitment management, team handling, and Pan India hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete recruitment and hiring processes
- Handle Pan India hiring requirements across multiple locations
- Lead and guide the HR recruitment team
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates




- Conduct HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability
- Coordinate with department managers regarding hiring requirements
- Maintain recruitment reports, employee records, and HR documentation
- Handle onboarding and employee coordination activities
- Ensure smooth execution of HR operations and hiring targets

Requirements
- Graduate / MBA (HR) preferred
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR and Recruitment
- Experience in consultancy or Pan India hiring preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
- Good understanding of recruitment strategies and HR operations
