Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Commission Sales Associate role based in Lucknow. The Commission Sales Associate is responsible for identifying potential customers, explaining financial products and services, and supporting clients in completing applications and documentation. Daily activities include conducting in-person outreach, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and meeting individual and team sales targets.



The role requires close coordination with branch staff to ensure smooth processing of loans and other financial products, as well as adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. The position is commission-based, with earnings tied to performance and successful conversions.

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust, explain financial products clearly, and handle customer queries effectively.
