Job Description
Job Title: BESS Sales Executive (Inverter & Battery Sales)
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for inverter and battery products in the assigned territory
- Drive primary and secondary sales through dealers, distributors, and channel partners
- Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial,



and institutional segments
- Promote BESS solutions to increase market penetration
- Channel Management
- Appoint and develop new dealers and distributors for inverter and battery products
- Maintain solid relationships with existing channel partners
- Ensure partner engagement, training, and profitability
- Track dealer performance and support them in achieving targets
- Market Development
- Increase brand visibility and awareness in the assigned territory
- Conduct product demonstrations, dealer meets, and promotional campaigns
- Educate partners and customers on inverter and battery solutions
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends

- Ensure timely collections from dealers and distributors
