We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Manager Assistant to support the Sales Manager in daily operations, customer coordination, documentation, and sales administration. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager with daily sales activities and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with prospective customers and schedule site visits or meetings.
- Maintain customer databases, sales records, and CRM updates.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with marketing, accounts, and operations teams for smooth workflow.
