Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Department: Sales / Customer Support

Reports To: Sales Head / Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and maintain robust client relationships.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Follow up with leads, existing customers, and pending cases.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Collect customer feedback and improve customer satisfaction.
- Support sales and marketing teams in achieving business goals.
- Ensure high standards of customer experience and retention.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic reporting and documentation abilities.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Experience: 0–3 years in CRM, Customer Service, or Client Relationship Management.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
