Job Title: Finance Head

Department: Finance & Accounts
Reports To: Managing Director / Board of Directors

Job Summary

The Finance Head will be responsible for leading and managing the organization's entire finance and accounting functions, ensuring financial stability, statutory compliance, accurate reporting, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate should have 10–15+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with robust expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, Finalization of Accounts, P&L;, Budgeting, Payroll, Cash Flow Management, Internal Controls, and Financial Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management
- Lead and oversee the Finance & Accounts Department.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Finalize Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Develop financial strategies to support organizational growth.




- Present financial reports to the Managing Director and Board of Directors.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Review and approve GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns).
- Supervise TDS deductions, payments, and quarterly return filings.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Handle notices and assessments from GST and Income Tax departments.

Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget utilization across departments.
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Support management in strategic financial planning and expansion initiatives.

MIS & Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS reports for management.
- Analyze financial performance, profitability, and operational costs.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and key financial indicators.
