Role Description
The Hotel Manager role at Nodi Teerae Resort is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Hotel Manager oversees daily resort operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and guest relations to ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role involves managing staff schedules, monitoring service quality, and coordinating with different departments to maintain smooth operations. The Hotel Manager is responsible for handling guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards,



and maintaining resort policies and procedures. The role also includes financial oversight such as budget monitoring, supporting sales and promotions, and collaborating with leadership on strategic initiatives to enhance occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with experience in guest relations and hospitality-focused problem solving.
- Proficiency in budgeting and basic financial management, including cost control and revenue tracking.
- Sales skills with the ability to promote resort services, upsell offerings, and support marketing initiatives.
- Experience in food and beverage operations, including coordination with kitchen and service staff for quality and efficiency.
- Knowledge of front desk and receptionist duties, including reservations, check-in/check-out, and handling guest communications.
