About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and leadership-driven professional to join K.N. Elettro Industries Pvt. Ltd. as Head – Channel Sales & Field (West) for Gujarat & Maharashtra.

This is a senior role responsible for building and leading the entire channel sales and field operations across the West region. You will own the channel strategy, drive distributor and dealer network expansion, lead and develop a team of Field Sales Officers (FSOs), and be accountable for revenue targets and market growth across the territory.

We supply to panel builders, OEMs, contractors, electricians, and distributors across India. With a strong domestic presence, we are now strategically expanding into global markets.

Responsibilities





Own and drive the channel sales strategy for Gujarat and Maharashtra

Build, expand and manage a strong network of distributors, dealers and channel partners across the territory

Lead, manage and develop a team of Field Sales Officers (FSOs) — setting targets, reviewing performance and providing on-ground coaching

Define FSO beat plans, coverage structures and activity frameworks for the region

Drive monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets for the West region

Identify new market opportunities, whitespace accounts and untapped geographies within the territory

Build solid relationships with key channel partners, distributors and institutional accounts

Monitor competitor landscape, pricing and market trends and provide strategic inputs to management

Ensure accurate sales reporting, pipeline visibility and territory performance tracking

Collaborate with internal teams — product, dispatch, accounts — to ensure smooth order
