Someone who enjoys turning ambiguity into execution, solving problems that don’t have obvious answers, and taking ownership before being asked.

You’ll work directly with the Founder on whatever matters most—from launching current stores and building new processes to solving operational bottlenecks and driving strategic initiatives.

Compensation: ₹50,000 Fixed + ₹50,000 Performance-Based Variable
