Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Key Account Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Key Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with strategic customers, ensuring consistent service levels, timely issue resolution, and achievement of sales and revenue targets.



Responsibilities include developing account plans, negotiating contracts and pricing, tracking performance against KPIs, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing, demand forecasting, and inventory planning. The Key Account Manager will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support data-driven decision-making and long-term account strategy.
