Company Description
ZARX Esports Forum is a global-facing esports organization specializing in Esports IP design, curation, and league-based competitive ecosystems. The company designs and operates long-form esports leagues with an end-to-end model across league architecture, governance, media production, broadcasting, and ecosystem operations, reducing the need for multiple vendors. ZARX Esports Forum prioritizes scalable, continuous, and monetizable league structures over one-off tournaments, and supports multi-title coverage across leading games such as Valorant, CS:GO, Dota 2, BGMI, and more. With engagement from over 10,000 gamers, integration of 800+ teams, and execution of multiple league IPs across 28 States and 8 UTs, the organization is built for global replication. ZARX views esports as a media and IP business fundamentally driven by leagues.

Role Description
The Co-Founder will play a central role in shaping the strategic direction, business model, and long-term vision of ZARX Esports Forum. This full time hybrid role is based in New Delhi,



with a mix of on-site collaboration and remote work. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading league and IP strategy, overseeing business development and partnerships, and guiding media, broadcasting, and operations teams to ensure coherent execution across all esports properties. The Co-Founder will drive revenue growth through sales initiatives, sponsorships, and marketing campaigns, while supporting player development programs and ensuring strong competitive governance. This role also involves stakeholder management with teams, players, investors, and platform partners, along with high-level decision-making on organizational structure, talent acquisition, and resource allocation.
