Role Description




The Senior Application Engineer role is a full time position based in Faridabad. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing automation and digitization solutions, including IIoT, machine-to-machine interfaces, and cloud-based applications for industrial customers. The Senior Application Engineer will translate customer requirements into technical specifications, configure and integrate hardware and software systems, and ensure reliable end-to-end functionality from shop floor equipment to reporting dashboards. Daily activities include working closely with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting system issues, optimizing performance, preparing technical documentation, and providing application-level support and training to clients. The role also requires active participation in project planning, timeline management, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance solution quality and customer satisfaction.
