Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer – Civil with 4–5 years of relevant experience in construction estimation, quantity surveying, costing, and tendering. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, quantity take-offs, BOQs, material and labour cost calculations, contractor quotations, and project budgets.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of civil construction works, excellent numerical and analytical skills, and the ability to prepare accurate estimates while maintaining cost control and commercial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities1. Quantity Take-Off & BOQ Preparation
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ)



for construction projects.
- Calculate quantities for civil, structural, finishing, and related works.
- Verify quantities and ensure accuracy before final submission.
- Identify discrepancies or missing information in drawings and BOQs.

2. Cost Estimation
- Prepare detailed project cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
- Estimate material, labour, equipment, subcontractor, and other project-related costs.
- Prepare rate analysis for various civil construction items.
- Develop accurate project budgets and cost summaries.
- Ensure estimates are commercially viable and aligned with project requirements.

3. Tendering & Quotation Management
- Study tender documents, drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
- Prepare estimates and commercial proposals for tenders.
- Review and compare quotations received from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Negotiate with vendor
