About the Role -

We're looking for a
Senior Program Executive / Program Associate
to drive execution across our operations function — from learner query resolution to reporting, scheduling, and process improvement. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thinks sharply, decides fast, and takes complete accountability for outcomes — not just tasks — in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities -
- Manage end-to-end resolution of customer/learner queries and escalations within defined timelines, using sound judgment to prioritize and resolve issues independently
- Own regular operational reporting and audits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for leadership review
- Plan and manage program/cohort scheduling, including weekends and non-standard timings, adapting quickly to shifting staffing needs.
- Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and proactively drive process and automation improvements
- Coordinate with Sales, Support, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth cross-functional execution




- Maintain data accuracy and hygiene across all tracking and reporting systems
- Take full ownership of assigned KPIs, consistently working towards or exceeding them without needing close supervision
- Keep an eye across multiple moving parts at once — flagging risks, gaps, or errors before they become problems

Requirements -
- 2–3 years of experience in Operations, preferably in EdTech or a process-heavy environment
- Sharp, analytical thinker who can quickly assess situations and make sound decisions under pressure
- Strong ownership mindset — someone who takes responsibility for outcomes, not just assigned tasks
- Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, high-ambiguity environment and adapt quickly to change
- Detail-oriented with the ability to oversee multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Strong proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, CRM, and reporting tools
- Familiarity with basic automation tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n) is a plus
