Role Description
The Junior Recruiter role at CareerBloc is a full-time remote position focused on supporting recruitment activities for diverse client needs, with earnings up to 10k on a target-based structure. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through online platforms, screening resumes, conducting initial phone or video interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The role involves coordinating interview schedules, following up with candidates and clients, and assisting in closing positions efficiently. The Junior Recruiter will also collaborate with senior team members to understand job requirements, contribute to job postings, and provide regular updates on hiring pipelines and performance targets.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening,



and initial interviewing.
- Candidates should possess skills in relationship management, client and candidate communication, and follow-up coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in using recruitment tools, online job portals, and basic applicant tracking or CRM systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in time management, organization, and meeting target-based performance metrics.
- Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills and qualified email and messaging etiquette.
- Relevant skills such as basic understanding of recruitment processes, interest in human resources, and ability to work independently in a remote setting are beneficial.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field, especially Human Resources, Business, or related areas, is preferred but not mandatory.
