Synergy HPL Solutions LLP is hiring for one of its reputed HPL Manufacturing client for the position of Human Resource Executive for the Delhi office.

About the Job-

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations. This role requires strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills to attract and retain the right talent while supporting overall business objectives.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment-

Source candidates through various recruitment channels such as job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks. Screen applications, conduct initial telephonic interviews, shortlist suitable candidates, and coordinate interview schedules with management to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Interview Coordination & Candidate Management-

Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process, schedule interviews, provide timely updates,



collect necessary documents, and maintain a positive candidate experience from application to offer acceptance.

Employee Onboarding & Administration-

Facilitate the onboarding process for recent employees by collecting joining documents, preparing employee records, coordinating induction activities, and ensuring all onboarding formalities are completed. Maintain employee files, HR documentation, attendance records, and other administrative activities as required.

HR Operations & Compliance-

Support day-to-day HR operations, maintain employee databases, assist in preparing HR reports, ensure documentation is accurate and up to date, and provide administrative support for various HR initiatives. Perform any other HR-related responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
