Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Lead Generation Specialist to generate qualified leads, coordinate with the sales team, manage CRM activities, and support the sales process from lead generation to client follow-up. The ideal candidate should have experience in cold calling, Both inside & Outside sales, and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify sales leads through cold calling and research.
- Manage and update CRM with accurate lead and sales data.
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate product demos.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.




- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and updates.
- Support sales activities, events, and exhibitions.
- Track sales performance and assist in achieving monthly targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Sales Coordination.
- Experience in cold calling and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong MS Office knowledge.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
