ARP Advisory is a Virtual CFO Partner helping startups & SMEs access strategic financial leadership without the full-time CFO cost. We're expanding and looking for a versatile Finance Skilled to manage end-to-end finance functions for our clients.

What You'll Do

? Own end-to-end finance ops for multiple clients — accounting, taxation, payroll, AP/AR

? Prepare financial statements, MIS reports & dashboards

? Support budgeting, forecasting & scenario planning

? Analyze performance, flag risks, recommend improvements

? Contribute to investor decks, board reports & fundraising support

? Partner with client teams to drive financial clarity & compliance

What We're Looking For

✅ B.Com/Semi Qualified CA with experience in Finance, Accounting or related field





✅ 2–5 years in accounting, controllership, FP&A;, audit, taxation, payroll or compliance

✅ Hands-on experience managing finance functions end-to-end

✅ Strong Excel/Sheets skills

✅ Great communicator, self-starter, thrives client-facing
