We're looking for an editor who makes the call, not one who waits for it.

This is an ownership role. You won't be handed a shot list or a reference video to copy. You'll get the content script and the deadline, and how it gets made is your decision — AI-generated visuals, motion graphics, straight edit, or some mix of the three, chosen because it fits what that piece of content is trying to say. The variety is deliberate. We want our delivery to feel different from video to video, not templated.

8 videos a month. Real deadlines. Support on brand vision, and beyond that, your judgement.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Take assigned scripts with deadlines and own them end to end — concept to final export
- Decide the treatment for each video — when AI-generated visuals serve the story, when motion graphics land harder, when a simpler cut is the right answer
- Ship 8 videos a month at a consistent standard, not 8 videos of wildly varying quality
- Join the daily standup — to communicate progress with the team
- Move through feedback loops fast,



and keep the brand feel consistent even as the styles change

What We're Looking For:
- Someone who doesn't go missing. This is the one that matters most — 8 videos a month only works if the schedule holds
- Your own judgement on craft. We'll give direction on brand and story. We shouldn't be giving feedback on pacing, readability, audio levels, or sloppy keyframes — you catch those before we see them
- Real range — comfortable with AI video generation tools and genuinely positive at motion graphics. After Effects or equivalent, plus Premiere or Resolve for the edit
- Someone who takes feedback as part of the craft. There will be a lot of it, and we move quickly through it
- A portfolio that shows range, not one style repeated eight times
