Assistant Design Manager
who is eager to build with a young and ambitious fashion brand.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with the founder and gain exposure to every aspect of the business—from design and production to operations and brand development.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing seasonal collections and product development.
- Create technical sketches, embroidery layouts, and design specifications.
- Coordinate sampling, fittings, and production follow-ups.
- Manage vendor, tailor, and embroidery unit coordination.
- Track orders and ensure timely production and deliveries.
- Maintain design documentation, fabric, trim, and sampling records.
- Assist with photoshoots, catalogue planning, and visual merchandising.




- Support marketing initiatives, social media content planning, and campaign execution.
- Monitor inventory and assist in stock management.
- Help oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning across departments.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in fashion design or apparel production.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction and textiles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Canva and Adobe Photoshop or design softwares.
- Good understanding of embroidery techniques and garment development.
- Solid organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and premium fashion.
