About the role

You will supervise rail welding activities and learn to operate rail welding machines (fully automated flashbutt welding machines for rail welding). This is a field role for graduates who want to build a career in railway and infrastructure construction/maintenance. Full on-the-job training is provided.

Key responsibilities
- Learn to operate flashbutt welding machine
- Record daily progress, labour and material consumption; report to the Site Engineer every day.
- Liaise with railway supervisors/PWI at site level as directed, including during traffic blocks.

Preferred candidate profile

Who can apply
- BSc in any stream ([PCM/Physics/Maths preferred]),Diploma Mech/Electrical 20232026 pass-outs; final-year students awaiting results may apply.
- Willing to work at project sites, including outdoor work, shift duty during traffic blocks, and posting at any of our sites.
- Basic computer skills (WhatsApp reporting).
- No prior experience required training is provided. Candidates from all over country may apply.
