We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing and Media Professional to elevate our construction brand's presence. You will bridge the gap between our on-site engineering work and our digital audience by capturing project progress, producing engaging multimedia content, and managing our public media footprint.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Videography
- Visit construction sites regularly to capture high-quality photos, drone shots, and video walkthroughs of ongoing and completed projects.
- Produce engaging short-form and long-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn updates) showcasing project milestones and "behind-the-scenes" construction processes.
- Write compelling captions, project case studies, blog posts, and newsletter updates that highlight our engineering expertise and sustainability practices.
- Design qualified graphics, project flyers, and social media banners using tools like Canva or the Adobe Creative Suite.

Media & Social Media Handling
- Plan and maintain a monthly content and publishing calendar aligned with company goals.




- Manage and grow our official social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
- Monitor online engagement, reply to client inquiries or comments, and build a positive digital community.
- Coordinate with project managers and sales teams to highlight client handovers, safety records, and project launches.

Marketing Support & Strategy
- Support lead generation efforts by promoting company services through organic social media and basic digital campaigns.
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, and website traffic) and prepare monthly analytics reports.
- Stay updated with construction industry trends and digital marketing best practices to keep the brand relevant.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
