Job Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our growth team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a BBA, MBA, or related business degree who are eager to launch a fast-paced career in sales, corporate strategy, and client acquisition.

You will work closely with senior leadership to generate leads, run consultative sales cycles, and build long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Prospecting: Identify potential clients, analyze industry trends, and map target accounts through cold outreach, LinkedIn, and corporate networking.
- Client Engagement & Presentations: Conduct product walk-throughs, pitch presentations, and discovery calls to understand client pain points and propose business solutions.
- Pipeline & Deal Management: Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline—from initial contact to proposal preparation, contract negotiation,



and deal closure.
- CRM & Reporting: Track daily activities, pipeline metrics, and revenue forecasts in our CRM software.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain robust rapport with decision-makers to drive upsells, cross-sells, and account renewals.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in BBA, MBA, PGDM, or a related business field (Freshers are welcome).
- Communication Skills: High proficiency in spoken and written English, with a confident presenting style.
- Business Acumen: Good understanding of sales funnels, market research, and basic business strategy concepts.
- Mindset: Highly target-driven, resilient, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of goals.
- Tools (Bonus): Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho) and MS Office / Google Workspace.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
