Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Business Development Specialist role based in Navi Mumbai, with some flexibility for work from home. The role involves identifying and qualifying recent business opportunities, generating leads,



and nurturing relationships with clients in pharmaceutical, chemical, and research sectors. The specialist will conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and help position Cleanchem’s custom synthesis and reference standard solutions to meet client needs. Daily responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with R&D; and operations teams, and delivering high-quality customer service throughout the sales cycle. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, participating in conferences or virtual events, and contributing to revenue growth and brand visibility.
