Key Responsibilities 1. Government Scheme & Compliance Management • Identify, update, and maintain a comprehensive database of state and central government schemes for MSMEs. • Track licensing and compliance requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. 2. Product Enhancement & Digital Development • Collaborate with tech team to improve platform features and enhance user experience. • Research and recommend digital solutions to optimize product offerings for MSMEs. • Support testing and feedback loops for platform upgrades and current features. 3. MSME Market Research & Content Development • Conduct market research on MSMEs and industry trends.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and training materials to support internal teams.



• Give inputs on blog posts, social media content, and marketing materials in collaboration with the marketing team. 4. Cross-Functional Training & Speaker Readiness • Train internal teams on MSME schemes and compliance. • Assist in preparing speakers for events and presentations on MSME-related topics. • Act as a think tank for the organization and work towards making the entire organization informed and educated regarding the MSME ecosystem by giving updates on the latest MSME news, policies, and trends.
