We are a Silicon Valley based residential real estate brokerage company. We are looking for a business analyst to join our team.

Job Summary
As part of our operations team currently based in Kerala, the business analyst will work on various functional areas including researching residential real estate properties in California, assist with marketing / digital marketing initiatives, communicating with our clients, research on analytics and help run the business operations of the company. This position will be an integral part of the business development, operations and customer experience for the company.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, a quick learner, have excellent analytical skills, and reasonably well-versed with computers. A positive academic background and/or professional track record would be highly desirable.

There may be a 3 to 6 month probation period.

Location
Those who are based in Kerala will be given preference, since the rest of the team is based in Kerala. The position will be 100% remote.



You may be required to travel 2-4 times every year for in-person team meetings.

REQUIRED Experience and Qualifications (Please read this before applying)
Personal integrity and total honesty in everything you do is a non-negotiable requirement. Please check your resume for accuracy before applying. Good verbal and written communication skills in English needed. Bachelors degree is required, preferably in Science, Business, Management, Engineering, Finance or Mathematics. A recent MBA or a related masters degree will be a huge plus.

While freshers may be considered, those with work experience in any field and those who are based in Kerala will be given preference since the rest of the team is in Kerala.

Key Skills
