Your Mission

Drive the growth of

by building partnerships, expanding our corporate wellness presence, growing retreat participation, and creating opportunities that bring our services to more people and organisations.

What You'll Be Responsible ForBusiness Development
- Identify and build new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.




- Conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate partnerships.

? Corporate Wellness
- Build relationships with HR, L&D;, Admin, and Leadership teams.
- Promote Corporate Wellness Workshops, Leadership Programs, Women's Wellness initiatives, Yoga, Mindfulness, and Wellbeing Events.
- Develop long-term corporate partnerships.

? Retreats & Community Experiences
- Collaborate with resorts, venues, and wellness partners.
- Help plan and market retreats and community events.
- Build partnerships that enhance our wellness experiences.

? Strategic Partnerships
- Develop referral networks with healthcare professionals, fitness centres, wellness communities, educational institutions, and local businesses.
- Identify collaboration opportunities that align with The Rooted's mission.

? Brand Growth
- Support marketing campaigns and growth initiatives.
- Build strategic alliances
