· Position: TPA Executive

· Department: Government Panel

· Location: Noida, Sector 63 (On-site)

· Joining: Immediate

? Key Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end TPA operations for Government Panel cases.

* Coordinate with hospitals, insurance companies, TPAs, and government authorities.

* Process medical claims, documentation, and pre-authorization requests.

* Verify patient records and ensure accurate claim submissions.

* Track pending claims and follow up for timely approvals and settlements.

* Maintain compliance with government healthcare policies and TPA guidelines.

* Prepare reports, maintain MIS, and ensure proper documentation.

* Resolve claim-related queries and provide operational support.





✅ Preferred Qualifications

* Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare background preferred).

* Experience in TPA, Health Insurance, Hospital Operations, or Medical Claims is an advantage.

* Valuable communication and coordination skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
