Position Summary

Mayflower Women's Hospital is seeking an experienced
HR Manager
with a strong background in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, performance management, and HR administration while supporting the hospital's clinical and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for doctors, consultants, nursing, paramedical, administrative, and support staff.
- Handle onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and shift planning.
- Maintain HR policies, SOPs, personnel files, and compliance documentation.
- Resolve employee grievances and promote a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.
- Organize induction, orientation,



and mandatory compliance training programs.
- Drive performance management, probation reviews, confirmations, and employee development.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and support management with manpower planning and HR analytics.

Qualifications
- MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

Experience
- 2–6 years
of HR experience in a
Hospital or Healthcare Organization (Mandatory).
- Hands-on experience in healthcare recruitment, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and HR operations.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience with HRMS, payroll, and attendance systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and HR reporting.
