*Responsibilities*
** Assist senior engineers during installations.*
** Assemble and test AV equipment.*
** Configure Windows PCs and basic networking.*
** Install software and drivers.*
** Perform preventive maintenance.*
** Handle first-level customer support.*
** Maintain installation reports and inventory.*
** Travel to customer sites when required.*
