Role Description
The Manager HR (5–7 Years) will oversee end-to-end HR operations and strategic HR initiatives for Nexfore Consulting. This full-time, in office role based in Thane involves managing recruitment, onboarding, employee life cycle processes, and HR documentation. The role includes designing and implementing HR policies, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and supporting performance management and appraisal systems. The Manager HR will handle employee relations, engagement activities, grievance resolution, and support training and development programs aligned with the company’s safety and consulting focus. The position also requires collaborating with leadership on workforce planning, HR analytics, and continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.

Qualifications
- Strong experience in core HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Proficiency in performance management, employee engagement,



and grievance handling, with the ability to foster a positive work environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and policy development, especially in consulting or service-oriented organizations.
- Ability to collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, HR strategy, and organizational development initiatives.
- Comfort with HRIS tools, MS Office, and basic HR analytics for reporting and decision support.
- 5–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably including experience in safety, consulting, or professional services sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate HR qualification or MBA in HR is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills, with a detail-oriented and ethical approach to HR practice.
