Role Description
The Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role involves conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies, and supporting sales initiatives to expand the company’s market reach. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials, coordinate promotional activities,



and help maintain strong customer relationships. Daily tasks include tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, engaging with customers and partners, and contributing ideas to enhance brand awareness and product positioning.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills and an understanding of marketing and sales coordination.
- Relevant experience in marketing within manufacturing, paper, or forest products industries is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with basic office software and familiarity with digital marketing tools is an advantage.
