Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Head Marketing to lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives for our real estate projects. The role requires a strong balance of offline and online marketing expertise along with strategic planning skills to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and project requirements.
- Design annual and quarterly marketing plans covering offline, online, and digital channels.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize positioning and campaigns.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive brand building, market penetration, and revenue growth.

Offline Marketing
- Manage on-ground marketing campaigns including events,



roadshows, exhibitions, and site activations.
- Oversee the design and execution of print media, outdoor campaigns, brochures, and collaterals.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships for cost-effective and timely campaign execution.
- Ensure consistent brand presence across project sites and customer touchpoints.

Online / Digital Marketing
- Drive digital marketing strategy including SEO, SEM, social media, paid ads, and email marketing.
- Oversee website content, project microsites, and online campaigns to generate quality leads.
- Coordinate with digital agencies for performance marketing and ROI tracking.
- Leverage analytics tools to measure campaign performance and enhance effectiveness.

Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to deliver high-quality output.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure effective lead management and marketing support.
