Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in Ranchi. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive executive and administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. The role involves handling correspondence,



drafting and formatting documents and presentations, and coordinating between internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders. The Executive Assistant will help organize events, training sessions, and meetings, maintain records and databases, and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the executive office. The position requires proactive problem solving, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

Qualifications
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, travel coordination, and document handling.
- Experience with Executive Support, including meeting preparation, follow-ups, stakeholder coordination, and confidential information management.
- Ability to prepare and track Expense Reports with attention to detail and basic fina
