We are looking for entrepreneurial sales leaders who can build the business from the ground up in their respective regions.

Key Responsibilities Business Development

Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned region.

Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly business plans.

Achieve regional revenue and profitability targets.

Identify new market opportunities and expand Adventra's footprint. Channel Distribution

Appoint and develop distributors in key states.

Expand presence across Multi Brand Outlets (MBOs).

Drive dealer and retailer productivity.





Improve product availability and market penetration.

Key Accounts

Build relationships with regional MBO chains and large retail groups.

Negotiate commercial agreements.

Execute seasonal launch plans and promotional activities. Team Management

Recruit and lead Regional Sales Managers and Area Sales Managers.

Conduct regular business reviews.

Build a high-performance sales culture. Sales Operations Forecast sales and inventory requirements.

Monitor collections and credit limits.

Ensure accurate reporting and CRM discipline.

Market Intelligence

Track competition, pricing, and consumer trends.

Recommend assortment and pricing strategies.

Provide feedback to product and marketing teams.

Regional Coverage AVP North India Responsible for:

Delhi NCR Punjab Haryana Uttarakhand Uttar Pradesh Rajasthan Chandigarh

AVP – South India Responsible for:

Karnataka Tamil Nadu Kerala Telangana Andhra Pradesh Puducherry
