Location: Hyderabad (Travel across units and partner sites)

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Business Development
- Identify, approach, and onboard corporate clients and institutional partners.
- Build relationships with HR, Administration, CSR, and leadership teams.
- Develop customized healthcare and maternity benefit solutions.
- Drive long-term account growth and engagement.

Partnerships & Channel Development
- Develop partnerships with corporates, educational institutions, NGOs, insurance companies, and TPAs.
- Assist in identifying, onboarding, and managing healthcare aggregators and digital healthcare platforms (e.g. MediBuddy, Medi Assist, and similar organizations).
- Represent Fernandez Hospital at networking events and industry forums.

Corporate Wellness Programs
- Plan and execute women's health camps, antenatal awareness sessions, preventive screening camps, vaccination drives, and wellness initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for successful execution.

Proposal & Contract Management




- Prepare proposals and commercial offers.
- Support onboarding, contracting, and renewals.

Reporting & MIS
- Maintain an updated CRM/database.
- Track partnerships, revenue, referrals, wellness activities, and performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.

- Current corporate partnerships
- Revenue generated
- Corporate referral volume
- Lead-to-partnership conversion
- Account retention
- Corporate wellness programs executed

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field. MBA preferred.

3 to 8 years of experience in corporate business development, partnerships, healthcare marketing, institutional sales, hospitality, insurance, or wellness.
