Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Engineer to manage procurement activities for raw materials, engineering components, consumables, and services required for manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess solid negotiation skills, vendor management experience,



and technical knowledge of industrial materials and engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure raw materials, aluminium profiles, engineering components, hardware, pneumatic fittings, consumables, and packaging materials.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
- Obtain quotations, compare commercial and technical offers, and negotiate the best pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely procurement as per production requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, Design, and Accounts departments for procurement planning.
- Monitor supplier performance based on quality, delivery, pricing, and service.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery and resolve supply-related issues.
- Maintain procurement records, purchase reports, and vendor documentation.
