- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
- Monitor food stock levels and inform the supervisor of shortages.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance issues.
- Assist in menu planning and the development of new dishes when required.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Comply with company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures.
- Support other kitchen staff during busy service periods.
