About the Role

Plex Group is seeking an experienced and result-oriented IT Manager to lead the organization's technology operations, software development teams, enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing developers, delivering software projects, implementing business applications, ensuring cybersecurity, and maintaining high availability of IT systems across the organization.

- Payment Gateway Integration
- AI & Automation Tools (Preferred)

IT Infrastructure & Operation




- Manage Windows & Linux servers, networking, cloud infrastructure, storage, and virtualization.
- Ensure system availability, backups, disaster recovery, business continuity, and IT security.
- Administer Microsoft 365, email servers, domains, hosting, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security.
- Monitor IT assets, software licenses, procurement, and vendor management.

Software Development & Project Management
- Lead and manage a team of software developers, web developers, mobile app developers, QA engineers, and technical support staff.
- Plan, allocate, monitor, and review development activities to ensure timely project delivery.
- Manage the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Coordinate with management and business teams to translate business requirements into scalable software solutions.
