Role Description
The Senior Information Technology Support Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kalyan. This position is responsible for providing advanced technical support for users, including diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and escalating complex incidents when necessary. The role includes managing system administration tasks such as user account management, server and workstation maintenance, security updates,



and backup monitoring to ensure high availability and data integrity. The engineer will oversee help desk operations, respond to support tickets, document solutions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support trading, research, and back-office systems, as well as participation in IT projects and technology upgrades, is an integral part of the daily work.

Qualifications
- Robust Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills, including handling user incidents and service requests efficiently.
- Solid foundation in Information Technology, with experience in enterprise environments and financial services or similar regulated industries.
