Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead, manage, and monitor the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, tracking team performance, and ensuring consistent execution of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Set clear performance expectations and KPIs for team members
- Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews
- Identify skill gaps and arrange training or coaching sessions

2. Sales Planning & Strategy
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Align sales objectives with overall business goals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities

3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

- Ensure accurate CRM updates and reporting by team members

4. Pipeline & Activity Management
- Monitor sales pipeline and ensure healthy lead conversion rates
- Review sales activities such as calls, meetings, and follow-ups
- Ensure adherence to defined sales processes and timelines
- Implement corrective actions for underperformance

5. Client & Relationship Management
- Support team in handling key or high-value clients
- Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction
- Resolve escalations and complex customer issues

6. Revenue Growth & Target Achievement
- Drive team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify current business opportunities and expansion areas
- Collaborate with marketing for lead generation initiatives
