Role Description
The Residential Assistant Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. This role supports project managers in overseeing residential interior projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with designers, contractors, vendors,



and suppliers; tracking deliveries and materials; and assisting with site inspections to verify work against project specifications. The role involves managing project documentation, updating schedules, resolving on-site issues, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to keep projects running smoothly. The Residential Assistant Project Manager also helps ensure client requirements are accurately implemented and that each project progresses in a structured and efficient manner.

Qualifications
- Project coordination and Project Management skills, including scheduling, task tracking, and supporting end-to-end residential interior projects.
- Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely availability of materials and furnishings.
